1. Who we are
Grow Capital is a digital bullion platform operated by Peace Haven Innovation Centre Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). Bullion purchase, sale, vaulting and delivery are executed on the infrastructure of our partner, Augmont.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian resident with a valid mobile number to use Grow Capital. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including KYC details where required.
3. Orders and pricing
All buy and sell orders are executed at the live market rate displayed at the time of confirmation, plus any spread or charges shown before you confirm. Prices of gold and silver fluctuate continuously; a quoted price is only valid for the moment it is displayed.
4. KYC requirements
As required under applicable law, purchases above prescribed thresholds and all redemptions require completed KYC verification. We may suspend transactions on accounts with incomplete or inconsistent KYC information.
5. Vaulting and ownership
Metal you purchase is held in insured, third-party vaults on a 1:1 basis and remains your property. Storage terms, insurance, and trustee oversight are provided through our partner infrastructure.
6. Delivery and sale
You may sell your holdings back at live rates or request physical delivery of coins or bars, subject to minimum quantities, minting and delivery charges displayed at the time of request.
7. Risk disclosure
Precious metal prices can go down as well as up. Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns. Grow Capital does not provide investment advice; you are responsible for your own investment decisions.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with the platform’s security or operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the platform is limited to the value of the affected transaction. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
