1. What we collect
Your mobile number (for login via OTP), KYC information where required by law (such as PAN and address), transaction history, and basic device and usage data needed to run and secure the service.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, execute and record your orders, meet legal obligations (including PMLA/KYC requirements), prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
3. Who we share it with
Our bullion partner Augmont (to execute orders and manage vaulting), Google Firebase (authentication and secure data storage), payment providers for processing transactions, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in India (asia-south1) with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted and audited. Money-affecting records can only be written by our secured backend systems.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account (subject to record-keeping obligations that apply to financial transactions) by writing to us.
6. Retention
Transaction and KYC records are retained for the periods required under applicable financial regulations, after which they are securely deleted.
